How can I remove or allow files on windows defender?

Hello as a title..

I'm sorry but I cannot really understand its gui, googling I see that I should do like what I'm doing, but from my device nothing happens

 

Wherever I click on remove or allow on device, nothing happens, meanwhile with other files I don't have any choices
