Star wars fallen order freezing after 30secs in game

So I was playing fallen order and I got to this point and this happens every. Freaken. Time. 

I'm playing. Things are going well and then it lags like this consistently. Not only does it lag, but it interferes with all of my devices. My Bluetooth headphones disconnect and don't reconnect until I restart my computer. This is sooooo annoying. This has been going on over a week. I just wanna play this game!
