I'm a storage particle manufacturer in China. I want to send the memory module developed by Linus and make a fair evaluation. How can I contact him?

Well, it's lower frequency memory ICs of unknown origin (guessing SK Hynix chips)

Looking at 16-18-18 timings at a relatively low speed. and needs 1.35v to accomplish it.

 

 

The price point makes this memory pretty nice to look at. 

AliExpress carries some similar models as the above with Aluminum Heat spreaders and LEDs and carries a low price of 70$ (US)

It appears the 3200Mhz model kits also have the same timings and roughly the same price. So it's likely the 3000mhz memory would overclock to 3200mhz quite easily and perhaps beyond depending on voltage scaling and the timing set.

 

I've seen some Corsair models that have questionably worse timings sets at the same frequency, but leaning on trying to sell that sought after CL 16, but running 16-20-20 3000mhz and about the same price point as the Gloway.

 

These would probably be great for a budget build for sure.

I like the plain look and without heatsinks. The chips are easier to cool this way as well.

Your just reading it wrong.

As in he wants to send it by his desk, and wants him to review it. Bolded is one subject, the rest is another. The second half should say 'to' not 'and' but that's easily chalked up to lack of English skills.
