Spikes on CPU 9900ks

So i usually sit around 60 - 75c, monitoring with HW monitor (this is while gaming) Wicther 3, Warzone etc. Ultra settings)

sometimes i see spikes that have hit up to 90c, is this normal, and why do they happen?

 

Case: NZXT H500

Motherboard: ASUS TUF Z390 PLUS GAMING
Hard drive: 1TB M.2 NVMe X4 (INTEL 660P)
CPU: Intel Core i9 9900KS

CPU AIO: Corsair H100
RAM: 32GB 3000MHZ HYPERX PREDATOR
GPU: ASUS RTX2080TI 11GB ROG STRIX

Briefly it might need to draw more power for some reason, and the temp will spike. As long as every 30 seconds this doesn't happen for more than 5-10 seconds, you're fine.  

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

I dont even know what MCE is sorry.

 

Core voltage spikes at 1.446V, but keep in mind it's 9900ks and not 9900k.

Yeah, it happends for less than a second, and it's quite rare, maybe once every 30 minutes at max.
