Minecraft Sever - There is no rain audio :O

Hey guys! I've been looking around in all my pluggins trying to find an option that toggles off rain because on our server there is no rain audio? It works fine in a private but as soon as i go on our server it stops? Anyone have any idea? I thought it would be EssentialsX but i couldn't find anything unfortunately.

Is your client's weather audio off or turned down? I sometimes have that issue.
