Screen bleeding issue of AOPEN Acer 32HC1Q review?

Hi Everyone, I am tying to select a 1440p >60+ hz monitor (preferably 144) for RTX 2060. This display will be only used for gaming so I am okay with TN or VA panel.

My budget is INR 30k or USD 390. I can only find AOPEN Acer 32HC1Q in this price range and specs on Amazon India.

2. Is there any other monitor of 24/27 inches with 1440p >60+ hz within that budget in India? Could you please send me the link? Thanks!
