New Build for CAD (inLab by Sirano)

Budget (including currency): around 5000 Euro

Country: Greece

I'm building a new PC for a  friend who is an orthodontist, and has decided to upgrade his main PC at work. The last time he did such an upgrade, he bought a desktop from the company (Sirano) that makes the software they use (inLab) for 3d modeling and 3d printing implants, bridges etc. This time he thought to give custom build a try because what they are offering is way overpriced, and 2-3 years behind in specs. The problem that i'm facing is that there is no mention of requirements from their website, not even pricing, and from what I've heard they're pushing pretty hard their own hardware, so much so that the warranty for their software is void if it runs on other software.

What I'm looking for is anyone with experience with this specific software to advise on hardware requirements (CPU support , RAM usage, min vRAM , GPU the works), i'm interested in an AMD based workstation if the software is working with them properly.
