ASUS PRIME x470 PRO

Hi Guys,
So my current specs are:

Asus Prime X470 Pro

Ryzen 5 3600
Corsair H100i 
G Skill Trident Z F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX

Corsair RM750x 
GIgabyte 1660 6gb

I have a very good case with good airflow (3x LL120 fans)

 

I am a complete beginner in overclocking and I would like a guide on how to overclock on the BIOS rather than the Ryzen Master. I'm currently getting 3.95Ghz thanks to asus OC tuner at core vaultage of 1.353V, however on ryzen master and hwinfo64 it's reporting that im getting severe underclocking at 1.1V on all cores. I believe undervaulting is okay but is this safe in the long term for my cpu? I'm not looking at any tight or hardcore overclocking, I just want a decent boost from stock. Revert everything to stock, enable PBO and you'll get better results than what you could ever achieve manually
