I would not build a computer right now. Motherboards are too expensive due to the shortage.

If you are using a 3rd gen CPU, you really want to have at least a b450 motherboard. A320 is not good enough in my opinion for that CPU. It was made for budget first gen ryzen.

Also, change out your power supply. Get a cheap corsair / evga instead.

PSU: Corsair CX750M Storage: 1TB Intel 660p NVME SSD and a 2TB Seagate 7200RPM HDD Mouse: Logitech G600 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 HeadphonesSteelseries Arctis 7 Audio: Shure PGA58 with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen

A cheap Corsair/EVGA could be an old orange VS or an N1, which could be just as bad.

Get a half-decent B450 board, like a B450M-PRO VDH Max from MSI, ditch that PSU for a CX450, and I'd try and save up for the 3300X instead of the 3100.

Check the used market for RX 480s and 570s if it means the money saved there could go to one or more of the components I mentioned above.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC
