highly doubt an overclocked r5 3600 will bottleneck any normal gpu, its best to get that and wait a year or two for the prices of the 4000 series to drop down a good bit

Wait for RTX 3000 series and 4th gen ryzen.

Also, I wouldn't have my heart set on any particular motherboard. Due to the shortage, my motherboard that I got earlier this month for $130, is selling for $300 on ebay. Not a good time to buy. If you have to buy, just get the cheapest x570 board you can.

Case: InWin 303 Motherboard: Asus TUF X570-Plus Processor: Ryzen R9-3900x GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ram: 32 GB DDR4 3000 MHZ

and as for a gpu you could just get a cheap rx 5700 xt until the new nvidia cards come out (rx 5700 xt is just as powerful as a 2070 super for a good bit cheaper) also the 2080ti is around 3x the price of an rx 5700 xt for a 30%~ boost in performance, so i think the rx 5700 xt is your best bet for now.

if you get the rx 5700 xt you will still be able to do high quality work while your waiting for the new cards to come out.

and unless your going to do sli you dont need much more than 600w

Ok thank you. In Singapore x570 is not experiencing shortages only the X570  Aorus Master is sold out

2070 super is better than the 5700xt. Also has RTX and doesn't have the driver issues that plague AMD's graphics cards.
