What should I cap my FPS at on Fortnite with a 120hz laptop screen?

Well you want your fps to stay at or over your refresh rate at all times. Id go 140fps cap if you can to be safe.

Just turn Vsync on and uncap. Reduce max pre-rendered frames if you have extra power instead.
