bent pins on cpu

I'm about to fix bent pins on a Ryzen 2700x, never done this before. what will I need and any tips?

A pair of tweezers, magnifying glass, and a copy of the Holy Bible.

alternatively something like a razor blade might also help.

not really lol. managed to straighten up 2 pins but the other one to can't get without feeling like it's going to break 🤣

Quick slightly off topic question on this. 

If a pin on a CPU is ever so slightly bent, but it seats fine, will there be any issues whatsoever?
