Because all I get for all monitors is hype, and something that i think it's called buyer's self blame, that mean when you buy an iPhone you don't like, you blame yourself instead of the product because it's an investment. 

Anyway I bought a VA that proved to be absolutely bad.

Now I wanna know what to expect to dislike and decide if I can live with it

Look at reviews, I personally watch BadSeedTech, Hardware Canucks and Hardware Unboxed. They should mention the downsides of the monitors.

The acer nitro had horrible black uniformity. Watching movies on it for me was a terrible experience unless it was animated and bright like toy story. I feel like the input lag wasn’t what i saw it reviewed as, I always seemed to be off on my shots playing online games like apex. 
Cant comment on the others but I did get rid of the nitro monitor

I would just look them up on Amazon, Newegg, or another seller and filter by the 1 and 2 star reviews. Ignoring the review that have no effort put into them, or are about the seller instead of the product should give you a good idea of the flaws of each.

Yeah and they also sell way lower, but when I saw "open box" I got scared if it's actually a faulty unit
