Old thinkpad wont start

It gives me the menu to choose to start windows normally, last known good config or safe mode but they all end up at this blue screen. Anyone know the solution?

Looks like things are seriously corrupted-- you could try making/finding some kind of bootable CD as older stuff probably won't support USB boot and reinstalling.

So I guess a cd to install windows xp again? Do I need to wipe the disk before or just use the disc?

It wouldn't hurt to wipe the disk but it's probably not necessary.

Your registry is corrupted, if you don't have any backup just reinstall windows.
