Suggestions for wifi card

Hello, does anyone have suggestions for a wifi card? it's for an older computer with wifi speeds of 450mbit/s

the ASUS AX3000 could be another good option that allows more future-proofing, as it supports wifi 6, as well as bluetooth 5. Its around $70 when it's in stock. However, if you aren't planning to upgrade your wifi any time soon it probably wouldn't make sense. It can go up to 2.7Gbps, as opposed to 867Mbps of the TP-Link Archer T5E Viper9 mentioned

If it's an older computer, what kind of connection interfaces for WiFi cards can it accommodate? Do you know the motherboard make/model?
