Should I wait until I get my 3600X and MSI B450 GAMING PLUS mobo to use my new graphics card so it won't be bottlenecked by my current cpu, an i5 7500?

Apparently I can't use it RN BC it doesn't have a dvi port and I can't use my TV as a monitor
