Recommendation for best build for now

Budget (including currency): 1000-1500 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: general use and games like COD. Rainbow six siege and other future games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

only keyboard and mouse but I can change

I want to know what’s the best PC that I can build from scratch as of now. One thing I want is a fine looking case with a glass side and a NZXT Kraken Z series cooler(the one where you can put GIF’s). The build should be one that I can go without upgrading for like 3-5 years. Also need a monitor!

Lastly, I want to know if there is any point to wait to buy parts for my pc(maybe this one, just looking to see what I can get for now) or if prices are still gonna be inflated.

Honestly, I really wouldn't drop that much money into a cooler if your build is going to be that restrictive.

Yes. You should definitely wait. Not so much because of price inflation, but we're so close to the release of several new lines.

With a budget like that, a 4600/RTX 3060 would be the same (if not faster) than a 3600/RTX 2070 Super, at a much lower cost.

When do you think will be the ideal time to build my pc then? Tbh I’m new to pc’s and don’t even know much so I don’t know what releases when 😅

They're usually released sometime in the summer, and fall would be the best time to build. If you can, waiting until November would net you the best build, but that's quite the wait.
