I must be doing something wrong : ram stuck at 2133 mhz

Hello guys, so I just a built a computer and what a headache to put ram to it's supposed advertised frequency ...

I tried 2 differents motherboard : gaming x x570 and now MSI x570 unify

I upgraded my PSU from 450W to 750W

I tried 2 ram kits : first 2x8 lpx vengeance (c-die samsung ver 4.31) and now a 4x8 Trident z neo (F4-3600C16Q-32GTZNC)

I have the ryzen 5 3600

On my msi board, I have the last bios update, and XMP profil (1 or 2) won't change the ram frequency (stuck at 2133), if I try to change manually the frequency to 3600 pc won't boot (ram overclocking fail error)

I don't know much about OC but I thought if I changed to a better RAM (that's advertised amd optimized) it will solve my problems but no, I really could use some help

Thanks !

There are two readings for ram speed

A base one and the actual speed that it runs at you might be looking at the base one

Can we get a pic that would help alot

This is already the last bios version. I tried just now to re download and re install the latest version from MSI just to be sure. And it's showing the same number : E7C35AMS.A42

Yes, I did it just prior to those test

I did some more tests : I tried all sticks one by one on slot 2, and I could get 3600 everytime

Maybe I should install ryzen master ?

I did memtest with all 4 sticks one by one, on slot 2, and 3 are giving me 0 error but the last ram stick is giving me this report with errors https://easyupload.io/8kxtk9

I tried to combine 2 out of the 3 "healthy" ram sticks in order to get 3600 in slot 2/4 or 1/3 but literally nothing gives me the desired frequency :/
