Which part? Most of this is probably a no, but I wouldnt know. If you mean the desktop stats, I have heard rainmeter is similiar to conky but I don't know anything about it, both have to be scripted however.

And I don't even use those shortcuts 99% of the time, but they're still there for some reason.

Sorry, I meant the system info. I think I've found something similar for Win10 called desktopinfo, but it's not quite as nice looking.
