HDR not working for streaming videos - DELL XPS 15

For some reason, the HDR is not working. The Windows HD Color setting toggle for HDR is turned on, but it does not appear the option on youtube and other apps. I've updated the drivers from Intel and NVIDIA, BIOS, I did a system scan using Prompt Command, restarted the system after every procedure, and it is still not working. The system is with no hardware modifications, all original. Here are some pictures of glitches in the setup page:

• Dell XPS 15 4k 9570 (BIOS version 1.15.0, latest)
• Intel i7 8750H (stock)
• 2x8GB DDR4 RAM (2666MHz)
• NVMe Toshiba 512GB SSD
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with Max-Q Design

Exactly the same problem here. Dell Support has no clue. Did you find a solution?
