The name OLYCAT is a corruption of my original net handle, OLYCOM.

 

I was bored at work one day and surfing the internet, came a across a forum and decided to register. The handful of names I thought up had already been taken so looked over my desk for inspiration and came across a broken OLYCOM PBX unit and thought, "that'll do".  I changed it to OLYCAT after someone on the forum drew a picture of what my pet would look like if I had one.
