Is it safe to shop on steam communtiy market?

nope its totally safe, steam would never send the billing address to the seller. I've bought stuff off the community market for years and never had a problem

Everything marked with * is what I bought for the Primary PC and I'm just using it until I get all the parts.

You can't buy anything on the market without using steam funds, it's just prompting you to do so.
