Unsure if hardware or software issue?

I built my computer 5 or 6 years ago and I think something hardware related is failing. When ever I play any games they usually crash within 30 minutes or so. The only thing I can kind of play is league and even that's no longer really working. When I play league my screen randomly goes black, grey, or recently a light blue. I took a video of it during a tft game but don't know how to post the video since it's larger than 20MB. It also sometimes freezes up to the point I can't do anything but manually shut it off. I tried the DDU thing for the drivers but that didn't work. I really want to build a new pc but I'd like to get some money out of my current one. I'm really unsure what to do.

Your specs make little sense, looks like you got them from a capture of available resources, sounds like you gpu is dying or overclocked too high. If it's overclocked by you I would guess that the card is just getting old and can't handle the overclocks it once did.
