MSI RMA experiences? + What will my 560 be replaced with?

RASQ

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with MSI RMA. Sending my card in tomorrow and hoping I won't have any problems. Any guesses what my 560 will be replaced with? I just hope it has 2GB VRAM. Then I might be able to put off buying a new card for another year or so.

If they're anything like eVGA then you will get a 760.

MSI will probably give him a GTX 660

eVGA Logic

*RMAs 560ti

*Gets 780ti

Customer service is one of the main reasons I go with eVGA.

@ gave them 2 660ti 2Gbs and got 2 760 4Gb dual bios cards.

MSI will most likely give you the exact same card (refurbished) based on my experiences. They don't tend to be nice :(

EVGA is a very high end company (for what they do), and very specialized so they are small.

So, they have great customer support,

Zotac is small, but not in the same way. They're small because they need to be, not by choice. So I personally, wouldn't expect anything but what you gave them.

Well it's up to them. They won't accept an RMA if your card isn't dead though. Zotac support is decent though so they won't screw you.

Zotac is a huge oem. Their own cards are kinda a side business.
