I had this issue not that long ago and I fixed it, what I did was install windows on to a usb stick and boot from the usb stick to windows media creation tool and followed the steps until I could boot to the windows page there is videos on how to put windows onto a usb stick and transfer it to another stick on YouTube personally mine was my hard drive was corrupted.

the thing was bent at the usb part so i guess it was causing some fault to cause it to freak out, glad it wasn't like serious fault

could it be the cmos battery dying on me ? i've had the pc for 3 - 4 years now. Also spotify said something about a hard drive missing or disconnected too but all drives are plugged in ? haven't lost date and time and other setting tho
