Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I’ve got windows and a 60hz monitor

Ya would have but u have very bad PSU which may not able to run it properly

If u really want very cheap PSU then go with VS450(2017)

This is not recommended but for very cheap build u can go

It is not a fire hazard like other cheap PSUs

120GB SSD is actually ok for OS and Basic programs

i am only using 13% of my storage on my boot drive thanks to a lite version of w10 and LZX compression feature provided with it

For the cost differences between the small drives and something larger it just doesn't make sense, especially when you factor in the fact they're slower than larger drives., and you really have no room for games.
