Hey guys! So the motherboard I wanted to buy, went out of stock, and I was planning on ordering my parts right now...

Any ideas for a similar Good motherboard that's not too much more than this, I wanna be able to use the m.2 SSD I ordered and any other features you think I need for my R5 3600/RX5700 XT DDR 4 build.

Difference is the non Max versions have a smaller size bios, which means the bios is more text like and less colorful. Otherwise hardware wise, same boards.

 

If you can't find MSI boards anymore, these Asrock boards are also good options, with good VRM (would work for up to a 3900x)

Another board worth checking out is Gigabyte B450 Aorus M ... it doesn't have as good VRM as the above boards, but it's good enough for up to a 3900x maybe more with some bit of extra airflow over heatsinks.

Has heatsink on the m.2 connector, newer onboard sound chip, 7.1 and optical out, good mix of usb connectors and has 2 pci-e x16 slots
