700$ gaming pc?

Possible games being played: minecraft, bf4, dayz (standalone), arma 3

Why 4570S, don't get S. Orther than that it's fine I guess. You can go with 500w psu and bit better gpu.

The ITX form factor makes it unnecessarily expensive. The 750 Ti seems slightly underpowered for such a system. Definitley choose the non-S version of that CPU.

I would recommend going M-ATX because it will offer more expand-ability. Also is it 700$ with the peripherals?

Just get the Core-i5-4570 instead and save yourself $10, can get the CX430M to save yourself another $20

Then I'd change the 4570S to the non-S and go for it. You could probably squeeze a R7 270(x) out of it if you tried but certainly not a 760. So if you want to stick with nvidia, it's the way to go.

Air cooling isn't optimal though. A low pofile CPU cooler like the Scythe Shuriken would be nice in that enclosure. Case fans can be upgraded accordingly down the road.

You also mentioned you're considering upgrading to a 770. You'd need a new case. Why not just get a bigger one now.
