cinebench crash

It's not stable if it gives you a BSOD, so you might have to dial the oc 100MHz down.

I just oced my i5 9600k to 5GHz and 1.385 V.

specs

z390e gaming

i5 9600k unlocked

gtx 1050ti oced 

corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz ddr4 16gb

750 PSU

custom watercooling

when I run cinebench r15 I get a blue screen any help?

Remove the overclock and you should be stable.

That's really aggressive I doubt your silicon can handle it dial it back and you should be fine

Simply put  - Heat.
Probrably getting too hot during the run with the speed and voltage you have it running with.

wouldn't bother with an overclock with just the 1050 ti, unless you're doing it for something besides gaming
