Question about performance

my red devil rx 590 is super laggy and the frames drop every 5 sec and it barely can hit 60 frames on high settings on fortnite. any ideas? (it also is very loud)

i have a ryzen 5 2600x, 16 gb of 2400mhz RAM, and a  b450 gaming plus mb.

50 cel for the ryzen 2600x and for the rx 590 37 idle

i just built this pc and im not really that good with things all i know is that i have 4 fans in it

it seams to be staying at 64 cel and the cpu is at 66 cel

Your ram speed is 2400? Have you tried overclocking that to 3000 or 3200. Ryzen really likes to have its memory within the 3000-3400 mhz range.

yes and everytime i boot my pc it makes me click this stupid popup and also my drivers crash on fortnite. also sometimes my screens goes black and then turns on after 5 seconds but is laggy.

it just blacked out and all the gpu fans shut off and then blacked out again now the game crashed and it keeps freezing so i have to restart computer

I would uninstall all the drivers and reinstall. Sounds like a bad driver.

how do i fully uninstall them

Use a utility called DDU. You can look it up on youtube for a fill video on how to use it properly.
