How long does it take for MSI to respond to RMA/support ticket?

So, my new PC build has been having issues displaying programs within Windows correctly (thread), and I opened a support ticket detailing them my issues since it's likely a GPU/mobo issue. It's been over 4 days and they haven't even responded. Anyone know what's up with them?

I would guess, due to the current world conditions, you might see a delay in any kind of support request.

If it's less than 28 days old I might suggest just going direct to the retailer and returning the card/asking for a replacement. At least here in UK you have 28 days to return for a full refund if there's a fault.
