Best motherboard for Ryzen 5 3600

What is the best motherboard for the ryzen 5 3600. I will mainly use this pc for gaming and some light video editing. I was looking at the Asus Tuf x570-plus motherboard. I don't know if I should go with b-450 or x570 I want to use this pc for a long time.

The MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX is a solid board.

Either the B450 Pro4 from ASRock or the X570 TuF. Depends on how much you want to spend. Anything in between would be a compromise of some sort and generally not worth it

If you can afford it, the TUF x570 plus is solid.

Another very good cheap board is Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite , with or without Wifi.

If you want to save some money, B450 boards from MSI are solid choices.

MSI B450-A Pro

MSI B450 Gaming Plus

MSI B450M Gaming Plus

MSI B450M Mortar

MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

MSI B450 Tomohawk

all of these with or without Max (Max is a bit better has a bigger bios, more graphical)

There's gonna be ryzen 4th generation and they should still work on B450 boards, but you have a lot of room to upgrade (for example upgrade 1-2 years from now to a ryzen 3900x or 3950x) either way.

The X570 motherboards supports PCIe 4.0 where the B450 only supports up to PCIe 3.0.

If you want the best possible upgrade path then I would go with a x570 board.

I was looking from 100- 300 just for the motherboard. I just want a good motherboard that I won't need to upgrade for a while.

X570 and is not only tuf

Gigabyte Aorus Elite

AsusPrime-P

and ASrock Steel Legend

very good and cheap motherboards

Get X570 for Pcle 4

Ryzen 5 3600 is Matisse gen and support Pcle 4 too

With 50-60 $ more you will have the last word of technology
