does anyone know anything about the deskmat at 2:39? I couldn't find it on LTTstore.com, so I'm assuming it was a scrapped design. I would totally buy one, so that's too bad

They've been working on designing desk mats for a while now. I'd guess the one in the video is a test sample, or they just got stock and will be selling them soon (one can hope).

The one in the video was probably just a sample; helps them determine how the material feels, how the design looks, etc.

They're probably still working on it, maybe not in the design phase anymore, but more so the manufacturing phase (looking for viable factories and whatnot).
