Is SLI worth it for me?

Chaos Network

I currently have a GTX 980ti, and get decent performance, even to this day playing AAA titles like Modern Warfare on decently high settings for 1080p. That all changes when I stream, which I like to. I have 2 24" 1080p monitors that are 75hz i believe, so i dont have to push that many pixels. But looking at my built, is it sensible for me to get a second 980ti for about $200 and an sli bridge? or just save up for a 1080ti or 2080ti? i am looking at possibly getting into vr this summer or fall, so that should be taken into account. streaming MW is probably the most demanding thing i do. as of now, all i play is terraria, league of legends, mw, forza horizon 4, some occasional minecraft with shaders, and thats about it. sometimes i stream and record. i edit with premiere pro and that does just fine right now.

I am good at editing videos and pictures, feel free to message me if you would like some work done.
