Few FPS dropped in gaming, is this sign of gpu damage?

So I recently had to force shutdown my pc multiple times because I messed up my boot priority and noticed I dropped 2-3 frames in benchmarks, is this sign of gpu damage or It dropped fps because summer is close and its getting hot.

In Deus EX Mankind Divided I used to get

                                                                              max fps- 75.1

                                                                        average fps- 55.5

                                                                               min fps- 41.1

Now I get

                                                                              max fps- 73.4

                                                                        average fps- 521.

                                                                               min fps- 40.1

I also have Tomb Raider 2013 benchmark results to compare

                                                                              max fps- 200

                                                                        average fps- 157.0

                                                                               min fps- 114.0

Now I get

                                                                              max fps- 198

                                                                        average fps- 157.4

                                                                               min fps- 116

This all started after I reinstalled windows and had to force shutdown my pc.

unknown test methodology, unknown hardware... can be a range of error. I dont see an issue here tbh.

I'm still a newb when it comes to pc gaming so seeing these fps drop made me kinda anxious. It all started after I tried to reinstall windows myself and in the process I had to remove sata cable which was my first time doing so and I messed up boot priority. All these events lead me to believe that I somehow damaged my hardware and ran benchmark. After looking at those results it made me even more worried and i'm started to regret formatting on my own.

those benchmarks are the exact same; some have better min fps, some have better max fps, what is the difference

True but now my fps never exceed the result of my old benchmark, is this something to be worried about?

no

modern hardware boost its clock based on the temperature. Maybe your room temperature or the case temperature went up a little bit which resulted in a sloghtly lower clocks and thus, 2-3FPS less.

Or you just run something extra in the background.

Honestly... 2-3FPS ... why even worry?

Margin of error, nothing more.  Your minimum improved in Tomb Raider.

Yeah I should stop worrying about this, I'm really overprotective over my pc since it cost me almost 2k and its my first desktop, in past I used to only have laptops. Thanks guys for ending my doubts.
