note; the currency is DKK and havent bought it yet

I would get 2x 8gb of ram.

 

Other is good I would buy that.

I'd suggest going AMD, Intel is kinda crap right now. AMD has better value too, you'll save quite a bit of money

He doesn't need a 1000 watt PSU, the 650W is enough for his system and even future upgrades.
