best graphics card for 1080p@144hz

Hi,

I'd like to upgrade my PC Rig (graphics card + monitor, if you know a nice monitor with 24"/27" 1080p + 144hz let me know :D) and I'm not sure about what graphics card would fit my needs best.
So I'm mostly playing CoD:MW, Doom and SW Battlefronts 2, and I'm currently playing on an Ryzen 5 2600 in combination with a 1050Ti and an older 1080p 60hz display. I have a BeQuiet Dark Power 11 550W as PSU so power shortage won't be a problem.

Is my AMD 5 2600 CPU powerful enough for ~140fps so it won't bottleneck?

And at what graphics card for >120fps should I take a deeper look at?
I'm currently thinking of a 1070(Ti), 1080, 2060(super) or 2070 on the green side and a 5700(xt) from team red.

My budget is <$400 and I'm from germany so the exact prices will probably vary.

Thanks!

If you're sticking with team green I'd go with the 2060 super. Price to performance it has more value than the 2070. 5700XT is a great card as well if you get red. And if by AMD 5 2600 you mean Ryzen 5 2600 than you should be fine.
