i have got my CPU to run but now my GPU is stuck on ready is there anyway to fix it.

Not really, no. It just means the work server currently has no work for you. The client will retry to get work after a delay. If the delay gets too large you can "reset" that by pausing the client and resuming, but if the work server still has no work it won't change the result.

Yup thats normal-ish at the moment.
Thats what you get when you have 30k folders for years and then in months it increases to about half a million...
Servers are busy. wait it out, you'll get one.
