my laptop's graphics card is'nt working

ok so i have a laptop that has a radeon r7 m340 in it but it stopped working when i disabled the integrated graphics and when i try to open a game it would say that it doesn't support directx 11 wich is weird because it could support even directx 12, it started yesterday when i was gonna open fortnite but when i opened it it worked for like 20 seconds then poof! it stopped. i tried downloading all the drivers but nothing… it wouldn't work . now i have to play on my integrated graphics wich aren't a lot worse but still it's a difference from like 30 fps on wwz to 25 and more fps dips
