Does it fit in my case and motherboard? or i need to buy new ones?

Cheers.

Theres several problems, the first being the motherboard. This is an integrated graphics build, and big pc manufactures usually make it so that they components they make for their high-volume pc's are as cheap as possible, cheaping out for everything, and in this case, It is almost guaranteed that there's nowhere to insert the GPU. Even if there was, you would need to buy another psu (power supply unit), and try to fit into that case, which probably won't happen, because pc manufactures try to stop you from doing this, by using weird form factors and shapes for their components. Finally, even if all that worked out, It's very unlikely that the case would support it, meaning you would have to drill a hole in the back to get the video output, and also take the side of the case off to have the GPU inserted. Dust galore.

TL;DR: No. Absolutely not for several reasons, you would need to buy a new case, mobo, and processor, because this one is old, unsupported, and pretty $h!t if you ask me (pretty much build a new pc).

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

The answer is no.
Only because of this

This power supply is to weak, can’t handle the card you planning to get.
But there is also a good news , looking at your motherboard

It supports normal 24pin and 4pin connectors, so if you replace the psu you will be able to use this pc and the gpu you wanted to get.

any suggestions for psu?

You better go the hp forum and ask the guys there to suggest a PSU for you because quite possibly your pc case doesnt accept standard sized PSUs and needs particular dimensions.
