That looks good. I put it in PC Part Picker and there's no compatibility issues

if this is a gaming pc, it's pretty unbalanced. the 1650 is a low end gpu.

the psu is overkill, you don't need more than a 500w psu for this system.

make sure ram is a 2x8 kit, not a single 16gb stick.

It’s okay. See if you can get a rx590 or rx5500xt for the same price, they should perform a lot better than a 1650.

I agree with the 1650 being a bit low powered for the configuration. Should be fine though if you're only going to be playing eSports titles.

Main rig:

• Ryzen 3600X • X370 Killer SLI • 16GB Corsair LPX 3200Mhz • Strix 1070ti • Define R5 • SuperNova 750 G2 • Evo 1TB + X300 4TB •

Secondary rig:

• Acer prebuilt • Rzyen 1700X (upgraded) • OEM 1060 3GB • 256GB SSD + 1TB Seagate (upgraded) •

Alright, so this is what I would recommend for your budget. But I don't know the prices in your country.

I agree with what's already been said. PSU is overkill, make sure the RAM is a 2x8GB kit and not one stick of 16GB (you want to run dual-channel), and see if you can get a better video card, like a 5500XT, or maybe like an EVGA 2060 KO if you can swing the extra money.
