The motherboard won't affect the performance of your PC. So it depends, of course the MSI is a better motherboard overall but it's more expensive.

while searching a 2700x coming up at 180 euros .. what about it?

Since you're using it for gaming, I would say get a 3600 instead of the 2700X for better gaming performance.

Of course, you won't respect your budget.

do i need a custom cpu fan?

No the AMD stock cooler is good enough. Of course you can't do crazy OC with it, but it's fine if you stay at stock speeds (I wouldn't recommend overlocking the ASRock motherboard btw).

If you want to OC, you'll need to change the CPU cooler for an AIO water cooler or a better air cooler.

Good choice for the MSI motherboard.

You shouldn't have any problem with them, just choose the ones with the lower CAS Latency (CL).

Some users tho reported that some ram sticks doesnt work at 3200 mhz with ryzen.

They tried to enable XMP but they getting numerous of blue screens. After a long search i found that. I dont think that's a problem. But i buy any of the 3200mhz stick of rams how i sure that they will run on 3200mhz?

Since they say they run at 3200 why in fact they are not ?

Thanks again
