Can't open side panel after accidentally unscrewing thumb screws completely

Monkedas

Hi everyone, so recently i bought my new Phanteks Eclipse P400a case for my first ever PC build, and when i took the non-window side panel off, I accidentally removed both thumb screws from the case. When I had put the side panel back on, i screwed the thumb screws back in completely, not knowing what I had done. Now when i try to take the thumb screws out they just spin endlessly.

Sounds like you threaded the hole. If you grab the screw, pull it very firmly and evenly then spin it it should come out, you might have to apply quite a lot of force but be sensible and don't bend anything.

Be aware though, if you do take it out then it might not ever go back in.
