any oc Programm won’t let me oc my gpu clock or memory clock

Hey guys I have a msi rx 5500xt and I when I try to overclock, I can’t go over these settings(2000gpu clock & 3720 memory clock) if I go higher and press apply it goes back to normal. 
does anyone know how to fix that ? 
btw I can’t oc my cpu as well I can’t change from auto to manual... maybe that has something to do with the gpu idk :/

What’s the rest of the specs?

B450m motherboard 

amd 5 1600

Yes but it’s everywhere the same, I can’t go over 2000 or 1860 it looks like it’s locked at those clock speeds

Hmmm...exactly what card do you have?  Does it have a dual BIOS switch, or function? 

 

Also, is a 5500xt supposed to clock that high?  I have a 5700xt and its maximum setting in the Adrenaline app is 2150, but it's not stable higher than 2100.
