Shared GDrive comsums my storage.

Folder owned by my client. And I'm uploading videos to it.This never happened before. But now my storage showing as 14.5GB and there aren't any files in my Drive. Also can't upload anything. Is this a bug?

Any files you upload belong to you. While you may add it to your client's folder, it counts against your storage.
 
You have two options:
1) Have your client upload
2) Transfer ownership to your client
