Mouse delay in every game

Hey guys im having problems i hsve a slight mouse delay on windlws 10 and in games so thst my aim csnt be consistent nomore .. 

 

Vsync of and mouse pointer thingy is off aswell .

 

 

Specs    i7 4790 - 4x 3,60 ghz    16gb ddr3 1600mhz 

 

Geforce gtx 1060 gaming x  6 gb 

 

Windows 10 64bit 

 

Mouse   zowie ec2b divina edition 

 

The mouse does not have a extra driver 

 

I really need help since its not fun nomore to play since this presists 

 

I need help please someone knows a fix hopefully

I have 144 hz monitor from benq and using 1000hz on my mouse
