Do i need a special sli bridge for aorus geforce gtx 1080 ti?

i already know it has to be a 40mm, but is there a difference in connections?

Don't even bother my friend.  SLI is dead and nVidia knows it.  It will do more harm then good and be a complete waste of money.  Trust me don't bother, just save up and sell your card and get a 1060 or AMD equivlant.
