Help I need this fixed this week audio only in one ear.

Hi, I have been having a problem with the audio of my computer. the audio in the left channel is about 90% lower than the right channel. I have tried updating the driver, audio settings, and everything else that i could think of. I have tried different headphones and had no sucess. I even took the back of the laptop off and examened the jack, the solder joints and other things i thought could have failed. here are the technichal spesifications:

Model: Lenovo Legion y540, OS: Windows 10 (63 bit), GPU: GTX 1650 4GB Vram, CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, RAM: 16GB.
