But does the quadcast fall behind the 2020 and podmic? if you were to rank them how would you do so and if you were to pick one, what would you buy?

I don't have your voice, I can't say what will sound good on your voice.
Besides, it's very situational, if you have a lot of background noise a dynamic (like the podmic) may be better but I can't say for sure because I don't know what your situation is.

I linked you audio tests of all three on the same voice source so you could get an idea of how each functions and how they could sound different.
I would tend to push you towards using an XLR mic just for the upgrade path (so not the quadcast), I'm not sure what interface you have so I won't know if it can drive a dynamic mic (podmic) so a condenser if a safe bet (2020) but might pick up much more background noise.

Okay, so here I am trying to pick out a mic for long-term use. I'm undecided on what I should buy out of the HyperX Quadcast, Audio Technica AT2020 or the Rode PodMic. Their prices are closely similar to one another from where I live but I want to hear your opinions on this. I'm planning to use the mics for commentary, streaming and maybe some music vocals. Which one should I pick?

You really should try them out to see what sounds best on your voice.
Keep in mind that the quadcast and 2020 are condensers while the podmic is dynamic and won't be as sensitive.
XLR is almost always better than USB.
Failing that:
