What are the best options of water cooling kits for someone who has never built a water cooled PC?

Honestly an AIO, if you aren't willing for your parts to get damaged.

If you want simple and want to start, thermaltake makes complete kits you can buy to do your CPU. There is no block for GPU in those kits and depending on which kit you buy the rad might not really be big enough to even add in GPU later but they are complete kits that include everything including coolant, takes the guess work out of it for the most part
